@birminghamcg22 seriously annoyed at your ridiculous ticketing system. Put in for the first ballot. Got loads of the same thing. Could have waited and then bought exactly the tickets we wanted. no mechanism to off load them if they are not required other than attempt to re sell

@Bham_Childrens @B4Parking disappointed I’ve been charged 25.50 for parking that should have been 11 pounds. No way to validate reg number, no warning. Won’t use the service again will go for old school ticket at Angus street. Hopefully other parents won’t fall foul of this

@flybe I have just tried to add bags to my flight in Feb to find that it no longer exists? Not had any email about it nor have any of the other travellers. What is going on?

@Ryanair messaged still no reply. Why are the seats more expensive to reserve for children? Seems unfair when the flight is the same cost. Especially when you say ‘children have free reservation with an adult reserving a seat’

@Ryanair I have booked a flight for me and my three kids but it seems that to reserve a seat for them it’s 10 pounds more each than an adult. Why is it different? No free seats available even if I book one..

@Ryanair can you confirm why single parents with more than 2 children (not infants) cannot book seats with you? This seems to be unique to Ryanair

@British_Airways are the baggage rules for a chartered flight the same as a scheduled? Want to take a snowboard on a charter, your call centre says as long as only bag no charge. Is this correct?

@British_Airways what is charge for bringing a snowboard on a BA charter flight. Call centre say I can take it as my gold bag if under 20kg. Doesn’t sound right to me!

@nxwestmidlands not impressed with the 40 pound fine for ‘not having a ticket’. Driver saw ticket on phone then phone went flat thanks to ridiculous delay on bus. And you want to go paperless.... won’t use that again and suggest other people don’t either.
