@Bruce_Toews Hi Bruce. A physio would tend to focus more on things like exercises to strengthen or rehabilitate particular muscles, whereas an Occupational Therapist is more focused on doing particular tasks, things like cooking, showering, dressing, making a hot drink. etc.
