Hi @Ryanair on the app I am adding two 20kg bags at 24.99 gbp each for 2 flights which should total 99.96 gbp but it is trying to charge me 179.96 gbp. Is there a glitch? How do I add the bags at the advertised price? Screenshot attached.
@LloydsBank I got a letter from Lloyds advising that the type of account isn’t available for me anymore due to particular criteria for that type of account t no longer being met. I’ll look some more online instead. Thanks for your help, Claire.
@LloydsBank do you ever amend your opening hours for people who work during the day? 9-3 one week and 12-6 the next week would be a brilliant idea if you’re not already doing it?
@LloydsBank Thanks, Jimmy. I’ve been told that one of my accounts needs to be closed and I was hoping to chat to someone about the best option for a new account. I’ve looked at the options on the app but sometimes it’s better to chat to someone face to face about it.
@LloydsBank Thanks, Nikki. I did use the app chat yesterday to request an appointment. I got a response to say I’d get a reply, usually within an hour, but I still haven’t had one yet. I’ll give it another go later. Thanks for your quick response.
@Mayhawk67@edfenergy This has happened to us too. The smart reader is still sending electric readings but not gas. Even after the meter was replaced. Maybe if the technology isn’t reliable enough, standing orders should be used instead of direct debits to stop unexpected payments being taken.
There can be nothing on the 100+ channels on the tv and then you get to BBC Scotland and see #StillGame is on and life is great! Must be due a new series, @FordKiernan1?!?! 😜
