I was doing a transaction on Pay4Energy yesterday and when I stopped to do the transfer via RedPay. I came back, and the page refreshed so i didnt recieve the units

I laid a complaint over 3 months ago and since then it's been silent
Location is Zone 6, Dutse Abuja,near Catherina Football Field.
We get Band B Electricity.Everyone in the Area is on Band B, but for some reason, my meter is on Band A.

I got an error message after being debited, and I did not receive the units.
The receipt is attached here as well

I used Pay4Energy to load. I used RedPay ) Pay By transfer. I completed the transaction using Opay ( I have the receipt, but on Pay4Energy it said could not complete transaction. I didn't get the units

@aedcelectricity I hope so because the last complaint I had since July. Someone will come online in the DM and ask for these details. I will provide. They will disappear for one week. Then I complain again, and they ask for the details.. And poof... ghost again, until I basically gave up

Zone 6 Dutse. We get BandB electricity. We all feed from the Same Dawaki 33 Feeder.( i confirmed on your platform) Everyone else on my street is on Band B. Only my meter is on Band A, despite having the same power supply.

@X__Wolff @aedcelectricity @aedcelectricity same at Zone 7 Dutse .The annoying thing is the silence. About a week now and no decency to even drop a statement. Eg - We are working on this or that feeder, maintaining "x or y" or even just letting us know our Band was switched so we can plan ourselves . Nada

@aedcelectricity Pls I will be waiting for my units compensation at the end of the month. You guys have reduced a Band A power supply to Band C and still charge band A tariffs.

@aedcelectricity The location is Dutse Sokale. The power supply here dropped suddenly from 20hrs under the band A tariff to 10hrs for over a week now. The light goes off early in the morning and comes back late at night with no explanations.
Kindly increase the power supply or downgrade us

@aedcelectricity since I asked yesterday and nobody answered , I'll be posting a lot today. Dutse Zone 7, Abuja ( near Okada junction) Less than 12 hours of power for 6 days now. No explanation but still on Band A

For almost a week now, Power goes in the morning around 9 and doesn't come back till about 8 or 9PM.
Yet we are on Band A, Zone 7, Dutse Abuja.
We noticed some trucks mounting some concrete poles during the day. Does it have anything to do with this?
