@vueling Honestly @vueling have said this so many times. Let me guess… I need to click on the link, complete my details, receive a message stating up to 7 days and the funds will be with me. Then low and behold it hasn’t worked and we restart this AGAIN. beyond a joke!

@vueling My bank have verified that no payment has been made and I have sent proof of this. Since then I have contacted you several times but received no reply. I have tried all platforms but never get any answers or clarity.

@vueling Once again you have emailed to say this has been paid. My bank confirmed nothing has been paid. How many times do I need to repeat this for you to take further action. I have tried every Avenue. You do not answer my question or help me, just provide the same update

@vueling have promised me a refund of my monies for nearly 2 years. I have waited and waited. This week they sent proof of transfer, yet no money has arrived in my account. I have sent further emails chasing this payment and get absolutely no sense in the response.
