Anxiety is not equal to fear. Anxiety is caused by an 'unknown' but fear is from a 'known. But anxiety causes fear and fear can cause anxiety yea? 😬😷 @MHR5000818

Stress is not equal to anxiety. Stress is a normal response to unfavorable situations while anxiety is precipitated by worry. But some anxiety is normal? 🤔🤔
