@northernassist Suppose it's something to kill some time doing waiting for your trains. One job you have, just run trains, roughly on time and put enough trains on to serve all your customers. Drains were invented 5000 years ago and and since I've been born it's always been known for rain here.
@northernassist Wonderful, so the 17:09 is cancelled, the 17:39 is delayed then to busy to get on but it's OK my ticket is valid for the next one. If only I didn't have better things to do than train spot at Deansgate all evening.
@northernassist How do I get a full refund? I bought my ticket this morning with it showing as a good service. I can not wait so won't be travelling via train. When I request a refund in the app it's only giving me £5 or the £10.60 back.
@northernassist any ideas on where the 7:17 from Lostock to Manchester Airport had got to? Everything said it was on time, showing on the app as left Lostock. There are about 60 people on the platform able to confirm it hasn't arrived.
@northernassist I'm on the Blackpool North service now. Is only 3 cartridges. Usually 6. I could have got the quieter Southport train just before and switched at Bolton when the Blackpool train is quieter if I'd have known this was a short formed service.
@northernassist why not publish of many cartridges the trains are formed of on the live tracker. Then people can plan their journeys better. Especially when you run short formed services.
@McDonaldsUK just been to Holyhead McDonald's on Anglesey and there are bits in the drink. I've tried calling them to make them aware so they can investigate but no answer on the phone. Could you get in touch please?
@TheChristieNHS FYI, to put this into context, this is what happens when your flight is delayed by more than 2 hours. There is a level of responsibility, including communication. A complete lack of here with patients having to ask for updates from reception.
@TheChristieNHS I would have loved to have shared my thoughts on this with your PALS team. Although they have an office it seems that they are no longer based on site.
@TheChristieNHS not changed much in 9 years then? This is the 3rd visit over the past 6 weeks and there is yet another 2 hour delay. The sign shows this an exception. None existent PALS team to speak to either.
@TheChristieNHS people living with cancer are often working or are heavily supported by people who are working. Delays such as this makes the task of balancing work with the support of loved ones living with cancer very challenging.
