@CouscousPerrier@zz_dave@Electrolux No beeping. It still shows connected to my WiFi network but the app just shows ‘something has gone wrong - refresh.’ I tried reconnecting a couple of times too, but to no avail.
@SamsungUK Why is myZFold2 delivery being rescheduled each day? It’s moved from 15th, to the 16th and now to the 23rd. I keep being told the device is on its way. Your comms are terrible!
@Mohammed90five@StusReviewsUK Rang Samsung; delivery on 23rd. Queried why constant dates moves. They are having issues with stock and with delivery slots. Sent a complaint to [email protected] about the lack of clarity with delivery but also the fact that the device was meant to come early!
@Mohammed90five@StusReviewsUK I’ve got the same. Was meant to receive on 15th, that got moved to 16th and a text last night saying 23rd. I rang Samsung this morning and they still said it’s coming today but haven’t got a tracking email to support this 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️ I’m awaiting for a call back from Samsung.
@Ruben_v1008 Hi there. Have you had shipping confirmation of yours yet? I pre-ordered and it said ships by 14th Sept but I've only had shipping confirmation for the case I ordered with it!
@British_Airways@pn_neil_allen Can you please confirm the Grenada departure time? We still haven't been informed either, with absolutely no communication from BA before, during and after the cancellation.
