Our latest @J_A_C_S publication, led by @SidlerEric and @RobertHeinChem, with support from @dan_doellerer, explores the use of redox switching to reversibly break aromaticity in a helicene-based compound.
First paper from my Postdoc in the @FeringaLab is out in @J_A_C_S now! Great collaboration with @SidlerEric where we utilise dynamic redox switching to reversibly modulate antiaromaticity and chiroptical properties of a helical indenofluorene
Happy to report my first Postdoc work of the @FeringaLab in @J_A_C_S, with @RobertHeinChem and @dan_doellerer. Here we demonstrate the highly reversible aromaticity switching in a chiral indenofluorene, owing to the dynamic redox system of bisthioxanthylidenes.
