@BobSmizik The 100 pitch philosophy has no data that clarifies that 100 pitches is injurious to pitchers @ that count. Tm philosophy needs to change to 115 if u r going to B arbitrary.
Current philosophy by all of MLB is to stress conserving resources rather than use resources.
