Hello @Xfinity @XfinitySupport I ordered the brand new iPhone 6/2 & was told it would come in 2 business day before my trip. Turns out it wasn’t coming until 6/7. So I had to pick up from FedEx & phone was not in the box. So now I’m being charges & no phone/ no progress. HELP!
