No child should have to endure what my daughter did this morning. I should be reporting my lass to the child line really. However this gave me more satisfaction. FTM! 🔥 @SunderlandAFC#SAFC

On the 7th of August I finished my workout on this machine and then suddenly dropped down dead due to a cardiac arrest. Thanks to the amazing efforts of CPR performed by two people in the gym (for five whole minutes) before the paramedics arrived, and then to the efforts of the paramedics for not giving up on me after six defibrillation shocks, I’m back in the gym facing my fears. And it’s not so bad after all… ADAPT AND OVERCOME! 🫡
@elizabethrobe14 That’s really lovely to hear @elizabethrobe14. At first I thought that’s it, done for the rest of my life. But turns out it’s not actually too bad at all.
@ra_buddy_69 Cardiac arrest induced by the mixture of having silent pneumonia and a version of heart disease called cardiomyopathy — which I also wasn’t aware of.
You obviously don’t know the difference between a heart attack and cardiac arrest — I honestly didn’t either until it happened and it’s quite surprising how many people think they’re the same thing.
I basically had pneumonia and had been going to the doctors for weeks and getting told nothing was wrong. Had a form of heart disease called cardiomyopathy that I didn’t know about. They’re pointing the finger at it being hereditary. So when I overexerted myself with pneumonia and the mixture of the unknown disease, it killed me (literally).
Hope this educates you a little more my negative little pal.
