@golden_hoss@BigPapa12311 @justinfrank1984 No charges were brought against him because it's not a criminal case, it's civil litigation. And he's not a named defendant in that case.
@WWEGareth It's not, and has never been, about anyone being "guilty" or "innocent". Finding guilt occurs in criminal cases. This is a civil lawsuit seeking to prove liability for damages. And Brock is not a named defendant in that lawsuit.
@Fagan_Matthew_ Civil litigation is not about finding "innocence", it's about proving liability for damages. No criminal activity will be proven, even if it goes to trial, because it's not a criminal case.
Also, FYI, Brock Lesnar is not a named defendant in the lawsuit.
@EliteClubS0B It's civil litigation, there is no determination of guilt or innocence. It's about finding liability and seeking damages. But most importantly, Brock is not a named defendant in the lawsuit, nor has he been accused of any wrongdoing.
@TheRajGiri The question is unfair, even though I agree with the underlying sentiment. A civil lawsuit is not about crimes committed, it's about finding other parties liable for damages. A party can be found liable for damages based on actions which are not criminal whatsoever.
@Puto_Takagi Brock Lesnar is not a named defendant in the Janel Grant lawsuit, nor has she accused him of any wrongdoing. Further, you should understand that civil litigation is not about defendants being found "innocent" or "guilty", it's about finding or not finding liability for damages.
@johnsaptalks @Troy2Slick@TheRajGiri Why don't you explain what he did "wrong"? Simply being mentioned in a civil lawsuit against OTHER PEOPLE is not an accusation of wrongdoing, and certainly not proof of it
@zmanbrianzane He's not a named defendant in the civil suit, nor has the plaintiff accused him of any wrongdoing. Simply being referred to in a lawsuit against other people isn't as earth shattering as you seem to want to believe it is
@KamitronPTW You should read the pleadings. Brock Lesnar is not a named defendant in the civil matter brought by Janel Grant, nor has been accused of any wrongdoing by Ms. Grant or her attorneys.
@WrestleOps too bad they did this during a previously unannounced overrun rather than the actual time slot because a huge portion of the DVR audience didn't see it
@DIRECTVhelp That is not a solution. The replay is next Wednesday. Your system messed up and you should acknowledge that for all of the customers it effected.
@HeyHeyItsConrad Lol you didn't simply say it was Sting's best promo of all time, you said it was one of the best segments in the history of televised wrestling.
