@BarrySGraham@AzNewsmedia@JanDubauskas@COGSareUS@MayorBorowsky@AdamKwasman Barry, I show deep animus against people who lie and file false criminal complaints. Interesting that you all tried to undermine the will of voters to remove the mayor through lies, but condemn a legal approach to remove someone unfit for office.
@gblaire@BarrySGraham You are correct. The language should have been in the original acceptance of the money, not in a contract with the hotel. Business owner shouldn't be liable for city performance.
@DubauskasJan @BarrySGraham Because the hotel owner should not be legally responsible for the performance of the city. Clearly you have no understanding of contract law. That motion should have been made the prior meeting when the city accepted the money.
@Concern68023171@d2inaz@BarrySGraham It was a Republican state congress and governor that took away Scottsdale's (and all cities') rights to limit STRs.
@BarrySGraham You voted no to pander, not based on answers at the meeting. City just changed the funding for an existing program. No illegals. Priority to women with children. Temporary vs. Mayor's desire for housing. Congratulations for whipping up ignorant comments from the masses. π
@BarrySGraham@ScottsdaleProg Your quote "Councilmembers should make bond projects a priority and press the pause button on costly and controversial projects that are only creating division and distrust." You are the one creating division and distrust with your lies. As I've said before, disgraceful.
@BarrySGraham Nonsense. We scored above median in these areas. That means trust isn't low. Moreover, across the related questions, scores have improved. There is definitely room for improvement, especially compared to our outstanding scores in other areas. Barry is spinning tales. Disgraceful.
I spoke at this week's City Council Meeting about Councilmember Graham's false attacks on his colleagues. Residents' expressing views and telling elected officials and staff when they don't like something is fine. His behavior is not.

@BarrySGraham
@BarrySGraham What hubris to suggest that if someone comes to a different conclusion, they didn't listen to residents. There were as many pro speakers as anti speakers, plus the largest adjacent neighborhood association supported it. Apparently you only listen to some of the residents.
@JosephChaplik Spare the outrage. It was a one-day protest against the GOP putting in a new rule requiring 16 GOP reps to approve bringing a bill to the floor. So 27% of our house can stop 73% from doing something. You sir are a hypocrite.
@DrStrangedale@BarrySGraham Yep. Came in last. That doesn't mean my comment was incorrect. Mr. Graham has not run a positive campaign. Character matters.
@BarrySGraham@ScottsdaleFire@Scottsdale_FF Glad you had time for fun. Interesting that I've never seen you at an actual city council meetings. I've been to ~20 in the last year. Last night's had water, STRs and a new development on the agenda. Apparently those aren't important issues for you. Just getting elected is.
@BarrySGraham What about business, management and leadership experience? The city has a $2 billion dollar budget and thousands of employees/volunteers. Knowing how to lead and manage are far more important than "political" experience. The last thing we need is another political beast.
@BarrySGraham Really? It's not fair? We have a long-term water issue? What is your magic solution? We all use water so we all must contribute, whether through reduction or funding longer-term solutions. You like telling property owners that they can't build. Is that fair?
@DesertM50269948 Hi, I believe all of mine are down. I've done loops over the past few days to find stragglers. If you are aware of any still up, please let me know and I will be sure to remove it immediately.
