Today is just another reason why @O2 is so awful. I waited in the queue to get on the site. I did everything to do a switch up, now it’s all crashed back in another 36-minute queue 🙄 to do anything… been trying since 1pm and still charge extortionate prices for awful service

Oh shock horror.. I’ve been given misinformation from @o2 now to fix my problem they’ve caused they’ve want me to cancel my contract and pay it off (£410 for the watch) so I can get my old number back which I was advice to get a new contract out . GREAT information.. #not

Everyone is ready for a weekend at Alton Towers, and I’m about to start another 7-day stint at work 🙃😂. However, I am making more use of my annual pass this year seeing as I pay for it and rarely use it nowadays 🤔

My phone signal is awful again.. @O2 this seem to be ongoing thing when is this going to get fixed! Customers pay so much monthly on phone contracts 🤷🏼‍♂️ very frustrating for a below par service.

@Inv_Pete It’s horrible!! I’d rather they’ve did it the old way give me drops so they’ve can do the eye pressure check by touching the eye with a probe, 🤷🏼‍♂️ less stressful

That time of the year again.. eye test! Still can never get used to the checking my eye pressure with blowing air still horrible experience 😂 and photo of the eye sorry I cant force my eye to open 🤷🏼‍♂️
