"I wanted to buy a BMW X5, but the truck was a bigger priority because it works and generates income. If God allows, that same truck will help me buy the X5 one day.
What I did is called preference β I chose a truck over an X5.
Life is about choices.
A car doesn't bring me money; it simply makes me happy when people see me driving a BMW. But a truck works for me and creates opportunities for others.
Even the X3, I bought it by mistake π€π. Sometimes I look at it and think, "How many 1-ton TATA TRUCKS could that money have bought?" But at least the X3 was within my budget.
As for the X5, I don't afford it yet, and I'm not willing to downgrade my lifestyle just to pay X5 installments when I can't buy it cash.
Life is about choices.
Never do things to impress people. The same people who admire your lifestyle today may not be there when you need help tomorrow. If you ask them for R10 to buy tomatoes, they may not even answer your call. If you call again, they might ignore you completely.
Build for your future, not for people's approval.
π First the truck.
π° Then the income.
π Then the dream car.
God's timing is always perfect.
