Poor showing by @Sainsburys_Bank who recently changed underwriters for their pet insurance. Customers with claims under the old underwriter told to "deal with it yourself" when querying case progress, something we can’t do as they are closed on weekends! Great service! 👎🏻👎🏻

I’m well, nights aren’t great though, suffer from RLS and don’t really get off to sleep properly till around 2-3am regularly. Running is good though.
