@stevemagness I’ve used them either at the start of a hard run, to prime & prep. Or at the end of an easy run just to add a little pep to the session. Never felt bad after a set of strides. 5x20/40secs is my go to.

Leg day at the gym earlier, followed by a 3min swim & 10min sauna… all body weight stuff in the gym earlier. You gotta start where you are, not where you wanna be. Why just 3mins in the pool? That’s all i could be bothered with TBH.

@newstart_2024 I found peace, then someone ripped it away, and why? Because i let them. I’d like to think it won’t happen again, the ripping it away bit. But I will find peace again, and be ready next time. Always building, always fortifying MY castle.
