@mdhcampbell@PhilNash2@PastureForLife@CoLEppingForest But it’s the same principle that if the cows got within a certain distance it would send a warning noise and if they carried on of breached the boundary a shock was delivered. Worked well most the time. I’m pretty sure it was the first of its kind used on open space grazing
@mdhcampbell@PhilNash2@PastureForLife I’m not sure if still be using in @CoLEppingForest but when I was there we were using a slightly different system. The GPS was purely for locating the herd and monitoring where they had grazed, the fencing system was a series of buried wires that were ran on leisure batteries
