@shanselman Look for the early warning signs -
1. Tiny visual occurrences - drink water, walk.
2. Something more - watch TV, turn off lights - something no flashy.
3. Mood swings - hard to discern over righteous correctness - are you taking thing too much to heart?

@shanselman I had visual migraines 5 times a year, once it turned into speech thing where I thought one thing, said another.Had total blindness too. As I get a headache/flu like symptoms for 4 days - Sumatriptan. None these days. Sleep + water + reduce caffeine + less screen/game flashes.😄

5 years later...time to enjoy that home made wine from Aberdeen grapes grown in the garden. Smells fruity, texture is light, flavour is amazing (far different from typical shop bought wines), half dry, half sweet with strong notes of blackcurrents and liquorice.
