@Apple someone has accessed my apple account and changed my password and updated their mobile number. Your customer service says there's nothing I can do and the account is lost. Surely Apple has a procedure for this type of thing? I don't even need access, just delete my account
@bathbodywork I live in UAE and often spammed with marketing texts about your sales. When I order online you cancel my entire order due to "high demand and unavailability of items". Oh and I must wait 2 weeks for a refund now. Thanks for the great service ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ
@TommyHilfiger order from your UAE website, all over website and order confirmation it says 2-3 working days shipping, but when delayed and I follow up your CS says 3-5 working days. Basics.
@SHEIN_Official I think you have "officially" given up on my case now, since you don't reply to my tweets or DMs anymore. In 20+ years of online shopping, never had such a bad experience trying to get support for a simple query and return an item.

@EmiratesPostUAE Finally delivered. A summary of my experience. 1) 5 May told an attempt happened and I was contacted - not true. 2) rescheduled delivery was missed due to a "tech issue". 3) delivered today - driver asked for cash as didn't have card machine. No proactive updates throughout.
@EmiratesPostUAE unable to deliver since 5th May. After rescheduling for today, you apparently have a tech issue which means it's delayed until tomorrow. I really hope you finally deliver tomorrow, during the "morning" slot ot 9-4pm....... Please finally resolve this tomorrow.
@DHLexpress REALLY bad experience. Fake attempt on 10th May (attempt but no one did), no calls from driver and no updates since. Now trying to contact your CS but no option for UAE and only automated email replies. Terrible! Please help!
