After 1 hour 40 minutes I hung up @AskAmex and the last 30 minutes I spent on hold by an agent and still no help. I was contacted by you regarding existing travel and in the end no resolution. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

@AskAmex Over an hour and still no fix, why does Amex travel email customers giving options for existing travel and then when I get someone on the phone they put me on hold over and over and can’t help to change a simple flight

@AskAmex 2nd year in a row I book summer travel, flights change and I call in to get help and sit on hold. What is the point of having platinum travel? I asked for a manager to help and I’ve been on hold for 20 minutes and counting.
