@LSonkin We were delayed from 7:20pm to 3:00am, boarded at 5am. Sat at gate while they removed baggage for customers who bailed. Brought us out to the runway at 7am. Then cancelled. It’s been two days and still no way to get baggage. Hoping you actually make it out!

@united My family spent 15 hrs at Newark Mon PM/Tues AM only to have our flight cancelled. Bags not returned to us. 6.5 hrs on hold/rebooking. 6 hrs in line to get bags we confirmed could be picked up. No bags. Next flight on Sat. Still will not have bags. FIX THIS SHIT.
