- 5 art .spoonfuls of flour
- - 1 art .spoon of cocoa
- 2 art .a spoonful of sugar
- 50 ml of milk
- 30 gr. melted plums.oils
- 2 art .nesquik cocoa spoon
- Stir and put in the microwave for 2-3 minutes. ( this is quite a large portion )
