Made welshcakes yesterday for works #GBBO competition we’re doing. We’re setting a recipe to bake over the weekend and the one with the most ‘likes’ on our Teams channel is crowned star baker for the week - obv it’s not going to be as good as tasting them all though #danappetit

A lemon cake and finally cracked the icing (that’s a lot of icing sugar!!) ... after the weekends slight mishap with lemon bars!! Just didn’t set in the middle a probably took them out a few minutes too early. Will try again next week. #baking #cake #lemoncake

One of the things I miss the most about Cardiff is @BombersCardiff their sandwiches were SO good - is there anywhere in Reading (post lockdown and everything!) that serves massive sandwiches deli style!?
