@BatmanSpartan23 @wfaa No it’s a crime and they should definitely suffer the consequences however the law protects minors from being identified publicly. This would change depending on how old they are and if they are tried as adults. We will see….

Just hung up with #Lufthansa baggage. I was informed that there is no policy as to how long #Lufthansa will look for lost luggage. It could take them up to a year or more to admit they have no idea where my bag is. It's been missing for over a month. 40 days and counting..

@Lufthansa_USA I have filed multiple reports and talked to numerous help desk people who have failed to be able to help. I need to connect with someone who has the authority to either help me or explain how this will be resolved. I am in the US and my luggage was lost in Europe.

#Lufthansa Airlines has not been very helpful or responsive. My baggage was lost on June 22 and they have not yet found it or made the process of submitting a claim clear or convenient. After this fiasco it is highly unlikely we will fly #Lufthansa again.
