Today is #ptenawarenessday - many people will not know what a PTEN mutation is as it is a rare genetic condition. My son Leo has this condition as well as autism. Hospital appointments and checkups are the norm for him. He is an amazing boy

The sheer amount of injuries is not just down to "bad luck". There has to be questions for the Medical and Performance departments to answer. We are streets behind other clubs in our conditioning standards. #QPR

Got a planned power outage at home today and it highlights how reliant I am on home fibre broadband because @O2 is so unreliable at home and in the local area. It has got gradually worse over the last 5 years and completely unusable at times.
