@JocelynVirtual @SenWarren @MBTA If you want to have a good transit system, the jobs must have good benefits and conditions. Are you one of the people that whines about service at a restaurant, but don’t tip and don’t advocate for living wages? You can’t have it both ways.

@JocelynVirtual @SenWarren @MBTA And let’s be clear, when you have a 2,000 worker deficit, it is not the workers problem. In fact I have had NOTHING but good experiences with the workers of the MBTA. If there’s an issue with their training, that’s on mgt. I teach management at the collegiate level. It’s them.

With a union job I got health insurance, fair and equitable pay, workplace protections, etc. did you know if you intern for a non profit they don’t have to pay you min wage? I was making $100/week before I was a union member. You can f off with those remarks about unions

Anyway my application to the @mbtaroc will be submitted this week because I’m tired of screaming into a void. I can take an Uber, I can drive if I have to. Not everyone can. Thank you @transitmatters for fighting for equitable, accessible transit that the @MBTA doesnt provide.

@MBTA And now the next four trains to arrive aren’t riverside. Two Boston college, two Cleveland circle, and a heath st train until there’s a riverside train. Cmon folks. There’s a problem here, we’ve got to acknowledge that.

Okay @MBTA now I’m at government center and the screens and your website says the train should be riverside but the train says Boston college so god knows now how long I have to wait for the correct train. Wtf
