Think you know MMA? If you have 7 followers please tell me how to run the UFC. Only a goofball would run a parody account. MAGA - make America goofy again
My friend Connor fought in BKFC last week and suffered a shattered jaw.
BKFC made him make his own way to hospital where he had to wait 16 hours in A&E before he was seen then 2 days in hospital before surgery.
Told me he’s never fighting again.
Fuck BKFC.
Eddie Hearn says he will NOT let Tom Aspinall fight Alex Pereira or Ciryl Gane under his current UFC contract
That being said will we see Tom Aspinall fight in the UFC again? 🫠

I honestly can’t get enough RAF Wrestling and love watching it-and props to Dillon Danis…but can someone explain to me why they are having Chimaev vs Dillon? Dillon was a good HS wrestler and Chimaev was a 3X National Champ in Freestyle for Sweden.
Dana White is spending $60 million to build a temporary arena on the White House lawn, losing $30 million on the event, and paying $700,000 just to replace the grass when it's over.
Run the math against UFC's own history. The Sphere show in Vegas last September cost $21 million and was considered the most expensive production in UFC history. This card costs 3x that. TKO president Mark Shapiro told investors on an earnings call they expect to recoup roughly half through corporate sponsorships at $1.5 million per package. The other $30 million is what he called "an investment for the long term" and "earned media."
That structure, "The Claw," was built in Lititz, Pennsylvania, and shipped to D.C. in pieces. The arena seats 5,000 people. Another 85,000 fans get free tickets to watch on screens at the Ellipse. Weigh-ins happen at the Lincoln Memorial. The card is headlined by Topuria vs. Gaethje and Pereira vs. Gane, and it airs on Paramount+.
The part that tells you everything about how this event was planned: for several weeks in March, the entire card was technically unsanctioned because the UFC refused to pay a $100 permit to the D.C. Combat Sports Commission. A $60 million production nearly lost its official fight records over a hundred-dollar filing fee. The UFC argued the White House sits on federal land and local permits don't apply. The commission said without the permit, none of the fight results would count. They eventually bypassed D.C. entirely and brought in the Association of Boxing Commissions to regulate.
Dana told NPR this week he hates two things: stadiums and fighting outside. "There's just so many variables. Rain and lightning. Bugs." June in D.C. averages 87 degrees with 65% humidity. The backup plan for weather is unclear.
The $60 million won't turn a profit. The $700,000 grass bill comes due regardless. And 14 fighters will compete in an outdoor octagon on what is simultaneously Flag Day, America's 250th birthday celebration, and the President's 80th birthday.
The last time a sporting event of this scale happened at the White House was never.
Jake Paul says UFC stakeholders are greedy and Dana White is stupid for not paying his fighters
“Just look at what he’s doing. You don't get Jon Jones on the White House card. First of all, Justin Gaethje is gonna lose to Ilia Topuria on the White House card, so you have a Spaniard beating a white American on the patriotic White House card. Big mistake”
“This is one of the most profitable sports organizations in history. Their investors have gotten greedy. They're in control. They are looking at the P&Ls and being like, ‘Yo, we can just keep pumping this shit,’ and they’re not”
“They forgot their heart as a company. That’s the problem. It’s dying”
My coach Greg Jackson will not be coaching me on the White House fight for personal reasons… I don’t have a coach now… will the ring girls corner me please… tag them for me🙏
