@HMRCcustomers over the past year each time I call and wait 50mins+ to speak to someone, the phone cuts off after 5 mins, everytime, coincidently.

Is there another way I can speak to someone without having to call?

The diversions that will be forced on the area due to bus gates on Burton road will cause confusion, large HGV lorries WONT be able to access the roads and drive around the small bends to reach the businesses who need them.
