@tescomobile I get that, but this is due to a mistake setting up his new phone in store and now you are saying it will take 24 hours to resolve. Definitely not acceptable to leave a vulnerable person without a phone in current climate.

Word of warning. Do not use @LAMB_GB (Look After My Bills) for switching your energy provider. The company are unprofessional & won't deliver on advertised services. I will be looking at cancelling my @UtilityPoint account setup by Look After My Bills. #poorcustomerservice
