Want to improve mobility? Try joint distraction, this is excellent at helping create more space in the joint complex. Stretching & soft tissue work helps but addressing the joint & creating space will allow greater fluidity & healthier movement - as Sharron says ‘it feels mint!’
When doing the SL deadlift try resting the opposite knee on a bench to take out the balance aspect of the exercise and really isolate the working leg. This exercise puts the glutes and hamstrings under the highest amount of tension in the stretched position. #exercise
