Raised one on the 19th June for my parents and no one has responded to them regarding the bullying from your car park staff and threatening behaviour to pensioners
@EurostarUK I’m waiting for a refund that’s now over the 28 days you promised to pay it in. I have emailed your support team a number of times this week and have had no response. When should I expect to see the refund?
@Essex_CC I was on the london scheme - quite possibly the worst experience ever had with this firm and if you check reviews others nationally have had similar issues. Your resident ms should be aware of how bad this company is and the lack of stock they hold
