@thescreendoor I agree with this. I’m not sure many people remember or even knew just how good they were live at their peak. He was a fantastic front man. But this set…you have to get ten songs in before they play three songs consecutively that I care about hearing live, even at their peak
I know it will likely be a while before @BillSimmons and @ChrisRyan77 do a #DisclosureDay@TheRewatchables episode, but my One Oscar Only vote is for Courtney Grace. I know Blunt & Spielberg will get well deserved love, but her performance was riveting. Felt very real.

I’m trying to think of three more life-altering words today.
Hagar, when realizing that even in her distress God saw her wrote—“You are the God who sees me,” for she said, “I have now seen the One who sees me.” // Genesis 16:13
I pray that God will help you see that God sees you.
In that hospital room.
In the waiting room.
In the windowless room.
In the classroom.
In the boardroom.
In the laundry room.
In the workout room.
In the lonely room.
In whatever room you are in.
God sees you.
@GenTXer2 The thing that stands out about this is the inability to immediately go back and watch it again. VCRs weren’t in every home at that point. The fact that you only saw it once made it almost mystical. I was in eight grade and vividly remember the buzz at school the next morning.
I like Chuck Lorre’s comedies, so, we started watching @LeanneComedy’s show on @Netflix. Almost turned it off right away. I’m 55 and have lived in the south my whole life. I have never heard a real person say, “eye-talian.” Not once. Southerners working on the show, do better.
@katrosenfield That’s a better way to describe my experience, but probably because it was the first time I had used it, the aha moment took me by surprise and left me frustrated that I had not written it that way to begin with.
