This is my special and heartfelt appreciation note to my brother, leader, and mentor, Abdulrahman Leme.

In just three years of serving as a public servant, you have accomplished more than many who have spent much longer in the corridors of power. Today, I celebrate a leader by example. Your achievements speak for themselves, from your work with NGOs to serving as a Personal Aide to the wealthiest Black man in the world (Alhaji Aliko Dangote) before your current role as the PersonalAssistant of the NSA (ONSA), Nepotism or Family name/influence would never have carried you this long, it was much more about your Knowledge, honesty, Dedication and smartness to manage many things in a better way. Everyone who has had the opportunity to meet you has nothing but praise for you, i could still remember the day i told my mum about you and what you have been doing and serving your Country in every way possible, Her prayers were “May Allah (SWT) in his infinite mercy Grant your heart Desires and protect you and your family against any known and unknown Evil.” You are an exceptional father and an excellent leader to many of us here. Many would assume that Abdulrahman Leme only started today, not knowing as far back as 2017, you contributed significantly to the discourse on resolving farmer-herder conflicts in Nigeria through academic writing. Specifically, he focused on understanding the roots of the crisis and proposing ways forward, as mentioned in a 2017 ICIR Nigeria article. Leme has made countless contributions behind the scenes to Assist Nigeria prevail once again just like you did before being into Power to serve and assist as an insider which many have failed to understand.

Abdulrahman Leme is a man with a pure and kind heart. He doesn’t harbor hatred or grudges against anyone; he simply focuses on his assignment. I still remember how he use to always tell us “Avoid anything that will cause a problem you” not because of anything or thinking you wouldn’t stand for us but because you are really concerned about us

Words alone cannot express the immense impact you have had on many lives. I always pray for Allah to assist and guide you and your family now and always.
