@morganlinton And you never had to use their custome service? I had them for 6 months now, family plan, my battery died and this is 4th week of waiting for a damn battery… they keep saying it’s shipping in 5 days… but it’s always a lie

@brettdash_ @whoop’s customer service is one of the worst I’ve seen in any industry, reminds me of cable companies. Just google bbb complaints against them

@RjeyTech Mostly because they can not meet the commitments they make to their existing customers. When equipment goes bad then you are stucked with a band that doesn’t work and NO customer service… will take them to small court next week
