We are so hyped, this is our new game ... *drum roll*
PVKK: Planetenverteidigungskanonenkommandant
The game comes from a love of pressing satisfying buttons and a fascination of old cockpits.
Mix that with a bit of escape room and "Papers, Please" and you got PVKK.
Ok, to make up for the long time since the 2021 update, here's another change in a little less than an hour to fix some typos and add some notes.
The previous post already got a good number of reposts so again, version number to the rescue
Gamergate really didn’t need a sequel.
I was working in the industry the first time around and all it did was restrict me drawing big titty gun girls for a while.
It achieved nothing except grifters on both side farming hate for popularity and money.
I don’t like polarising development, people should just be allowed to make what they want and play what they want. The industry is big enough for everything and everyone.
Hate diversity? Play kingdom come deliverance, it’s awesome. Love diversity? Play mass effect trilogy, it’s awesome.
Gamers: you have access to devs, you don’t have to antagonise but can talk to them and share ideas. Support the ones who make games you love. We’re just normal people doing our jobs. It’s our livelihood and most focus on our little subset of work. Nobody deserves hate for doing their best.
Devs: we know a lot of gamers hate us, we’ll never know why but we have to listen to them if they choose to communicate respectfully. We’re gamers too and we don’t hate each other? So maybe there’s information we can share that will dissipate gamers assumptions about our jobs
I’m too old to be spending the next 6months listening to all this pointless hate when we have cool things to make and great games to play
Introducing Sora, our text-to-video model.
Sora can create videos of up to 60 seconds featuring highly detailed scenes, complex camera motion, and multiple characters with vibrant emotions.

Prompt: “Beautiful, snowy Tokyo city is bustling. The camera moves through the bustling city street, following several people enjoying the beautiful snowy weather and shopping at nearby stalls. Gorgeous sakura petals are flying through the wind along with snowflakes.”
@freezenifitweet Its heavy handed to the point of clearly making an example out of him, but I wouldn't be surprised if he is able to appeal that within a few years... I would hope so anyway.
My thoughts on The Game Awards
As a reveal event it excelled, excited for the future of games
As an awards show it disappointed, major categories like best Indie or best RPG were afterthoughts and the winners who did make it on stage were rushed in their acceptance speeches but game reveals or special appearances were given more than enough time
I love this event because it brings us together as an industry but this year stands out for its lack of celebrating the people who make the games we love or acknowledging the people affected by mass layoffs
friendly reminder: it does not mean anything nor matter at all if someone, or some website, or some awards show, does not agree with your personal pick for game of the year. you still get to think that game is the best, nobody is taking anything at all away from you.✨
Make the D&D movies the next Fast & Furious franchise, where the party grows, everyone keeps leveling up, and the stakes and powercreep keeps escalating until they’re fighting gods by the 10th movie
Cool, dude. Bdw here is an overpaint from the artist with ADHD debuff and low proficiency with dynamic compositions. But who has some basic knowledge of art rules, 2 hours of free time, pirated Photoshop, and the freedom to create art without restrictions of AI software.
