Yesterday a young girl stopped near my house and I could see she had a flat with a damaged wheel. Her boyfriend arrived but didn’t know how to change a tire. I got my tools and had it done in no time. Dads out there … teach your children to change a tire…it’s important.

I asked for my MRI results to be sent over prior to seeing the doctor for the follow-up. Am I the only one that needs to lookup ever other word just to get a clue what it says? In the end I still don’t know if it is good or bad news. 🤣🤷‍♂️

I hurt my shoulder from a fall a week ago. Now I struggle to lift to my arm over my head, I have weakness, and a tingling in my thumb. X-rays showed no broken bones or dislocation. Should I get an MRI to rule out rotary cuff tear?

I'm sure by now you have seen the announcement from @mattklein123 regarding the Envoy Gateway. One point that I am excited about is that the Envoy Gateway will support the new Kube gateway API allowing for a native @EnvoyProxy experience in #Kubernetes.
