Thank you for your reply. It's really not the same thing at all. We know we got text by leaving the phone on a table and then if the light blinks on and off we answer or check it. There must be some way to do this or you should note that your phones are not useful for the deaf.

Contacting us.. we never thought to check, when choosing new phones what does a notification light what show us when we were an email thread said do not use third-party software. What should we and many other deaf and hard-of-hearing users do now.
