The more complicated you make the process is the more person have to come in face to face. #kmt it’s like we have the infrastructures that are top tier but something is missing that makes the process seem so backwards.

Depending on which branch you are the bank opens at 8:30 or 9-10 if you are not a senior citizen and it closes at 1pm depending on where you are again because some banks stop giving out tickets at 11:30am

Now I must take another day off to visit a bank which would be another wasted day to have them rectify this so that I can have access. The funny thing is that if I didn’t call then I would not have know that the documents are missing.

So in order for me to have access to my account. I would need to carry the same documents I handed in to get access. I said to the rep, I would have been able to get in the bank without having the documents let alone getting an account and a card.

Did a Cheque deposit the other day. And went to check only to see I have nothing reflecting on the transaction. I said let me call to find out if there is an issue.

You would think finally all went through right? Nope nothing close to that.

I did not get into the bank until after 10 and had to wait again. The rep apologized for the wait stating that they are short staffed. Handed the documents signed all necessary documents got my account number and card.
