@amazon do you actually care if packages that are ordered for same day delivery arrive same day or is that just a way for you to scam an additional fee? Also, your drivers sure seem to like to waste gas with their insane delivery routes .

@AmazonHelp I canceled it since Amazon cannot stick to the delivery window or deliver efficiently. Also, this deliver was to a business that closes at 5pm. I would not have paid extra to have it by 3pm, if it was not going to be delivered by 3pm. After 5pm it will be redelivered next day
