I was going through old letters today and found one from 1996 from @neulpt who was the Dr who diagnosed my mom's MS in 1992. Sent to my dad after mom died. Dr. Taylor, if you remember Sheryl Laubach Peterson, I just want to say thank you. In the letter you asked for a photo:

I have to say, with all my delays on @SouthwestAir their gate agents were AMAZING. Incredible customer service, friendly, patient, and going above & beyond. During my long delay in Denver, the agent even remembered my name. The flight crews were also top notch 💙❤

@tree_hugger010 Ugh, yes! This happened to Kev last month. All SW flights out of the Chicago/Milwaukee area got canceled for like 24hrs. They claimed it was weather, but no other airlines canceled their flights, so 🤷🏼‍♀️

@SouthwestAir I didn't. All I know is that he was flying to Orlando, which is where he's based out of. That, and he's bald, if that's a helpful identifying marker.

He was extremely rude to the employee who asked him to pull his mask up (he never did), to the point of saying, "Just calm down" (even though the employee was quite calm). As I got to the counter, I apologized for the pilot's rudeness.

Y'all. Kindness matters. Wear your mask.

I was standing behind a @SouthwestAir pilot at Starbucks here in Phoenix. I'm wearing a shirt that says, "God loves you, and I do too." He pointed to it & said, "That is exactly why you don't need to worry about this" as he gestured to the mask sitting under his chin. (continued)
