@premierinn what happens if the air-conditioning WAS listed at facility at time of booking (Nov 23) and you failed to inform on check in it was not working.
Also what happens if on same night a false alarm fire alarm goes off.
Struggling to sleep as it is and then that happens?!

It's hotter in the room than outside, the general hotel areas....

This was booked Nov 23, we asked at reception and got told... its on the website.... USELESS
