ตำรวจบุกนายเจสซีไปจับถึงบ้าน แต่ที่อุบาทว์คือแม่ที่รู้เรื่องบอกลูกว่า “พวกเราจะช่วยลูกออกจากคุก เราสัญญา“ ไม่ได้สนใจเลยว่าลูกไปทำอะไรกับเด็กผู้หญ��ง ครอบครัวของนายเจสซีค่อนข้างมีฐานะ พ่อเป็นโค้ชกีฬาท้องถิ่นที่มีชื่อเสียง

นายเจสซีโดนตั้งข้อหาไป 11 ข้อหา พยายามข่มขืนขั้นสูงสุด ข่มขืนโดยใช้วัตถุ ทำร้ายร่างกาย บังคับให้ร่วมประเวณีทางปาก ละเมิดคำสั่งคุ้มครอง ฯลฯ คือเยอะมาก ตอนแรกจะได้ติดคุกในฐานะผู้ใหญ่ ติดคุก 78 ปี แต่แล้วนายเจสซียอมรับผิด ไม่สู้คดี ศาลเลยดำเนินคดีในฐานะเยาวชน ถูกตัดสินให้เข้ารับการบำบัดและทำงานบริการสังคม 1 ปี ทางด้านครอบครัวเหยื่อคืออึ้งเพราะนี่มันตลกร้ายมาก เหยื่อเกือบตายแต่นายเจสซีไม่เคยเข้าเรือนจำเลยแม้แต่วันเดียว

จนล่าสุดวันที่ 4 สิงหาคมที่ผ่านมา ก่อนวันเกิดครบอายุ 19 นายเจสซีก็��ป็นอิสระ ศาลยกฟ้องเนื่องจากมองว่าทำงานบริการสังคมและเข้ารับการฟื้นฟูแล้ว นายเจสซีจะกลายเป็นคนไม่มีประวัติอาชญากรรม ทนายกำลังดำเนินการลบประวัติคดีนี้ให้ ที่ผ่านมาเหยื่อเจ็บปวดมากทั้งร่างกายและจิตใจ รูปการณ์คดีพยายามบอกว่าเด็กผู้หญิงสมยอมทั้งที่ไม่ใช่เรื่องจริง ใครมันจะอยากให้คนบีบคอตัวเองแบบจนเกือบตาย แค่อีกไม่กี่วินาทีก็ตายแล้ว

ทางด้านอัยการโมโหมาก เรียกทนายของนายเจสซีว่าขยะ เพราะมันพยายามทำให้เหมือนว่านายเจสซีเป็นเหยื่อ เป็นคนที่ทุกข์ทรมานกว่าเด็กผู้หญิง ทั้งที่เด็กผู้หญิงกลัว จิตใจพังทลายจนต้องเรียนที่บ้าน ไม่กล้าออกจากบ้าน ต้องผ่าตัดคอ นอกจากนี้ยังมีระบบห้ามดำเนินคดีซ้ำสอง ตัดสินแล้วจบ แต่ทางอัยการจะส่งคดีนี้ไปหน่วยงานรัฐบาลกลาง จะหาทางลงโทษคนร้ายให้ได้

แม่ของเด็กผู้หญิงคนนึงเล่าว่า ลูกสาวที่โดนทำร้ายต้องมานั่งเล่าเหตุการณ์ซ้ำๆ เพื่อพิสูจน์ตัวเอง ในขณะที่ศาลหาข้ออ้างสารพัดมาเพื่อให้คนร้ายรอด

😔 Lo que comenzó como una labor para salvar animales abandonados terminó en un nuevo episodio de violencia. Un joven rescatista, conocido por cuidar a más de 150 perros, denunció haber sido víctima de una agresión por parte de un vecino que le exige abandonar el sector debido a la presencia de los animales.

🩹 De acuerdo con el testimonio de la víctima, el ataque le dejó múltiples heridas en el rostro, un brazo y una pierna. Además, aseguró que el presunto agresor incluso lo mordió durante el altercado.

🏠 El joven explica que encontrar otro lugar para albergar a más de 150 perros no es una tarea sencilla, ya que requiere un espacio adecuado y recursos económicos que actualmente no posee. Su labor de rescate depende, en gran medida, del apoyo de ciudadanos que colaboran con alimento, medicinas y otros insumos.

📱 La agresión fue difundida por el propio rescatista a través de su cuenta de TikTok @jonakamposrescateperrito, donde habitualmente comparte historias de rescate, recuperación y adopción de perros en situación de abandono. El video ha generado indignación y llamados para que las autoridades investiguen lo ocurrido y garanticen tanto su seguridad como el bienestar de los animales bajo su cuidado.
