@MilwaukeeTool My old, original #M18 batteries were too worse for wear. I just replaced with two-pack 5.0 batteries: It took over five minutes, a broken razor blade, and a keyhole saw to open this God-forsaken clamshell package. Can we make the next purchase customer friendly??
