So far, for non-engineers I see tokens best used on “monitoring the situation”-type tasks (research, dashboards, information/context synthesis etc) which is work that has to be done in large orgs. Latest Opus and GPT 5 are probably fine for most of those tasks, and token cost for that caliber of model will get cheaper quickly. So doesn’t the problem kinda solve itself?
