@40PercentGerman Lived and worked in Munich nearly 7 years, the negative reinforcement work culture is maybe the biggest barrier I’ve had to deal with. I never considered myself needing a lot of positive reinforcement, but once it’s not there, it’s noticeable. Caveat, not all companies etc…
