We love the opportunity to introduce our rising 6th-grade students to LMS, but seeing our 8th-grade students leave us is sad. We are proud of these students and can't wait to get to know our newest group of Red Devils in the coming year!

Administrators should work every day to make their teachers feel valued, make them believe their admin genuinely cares about them, and they should feel their admin honors them for the contributions they bring to the school community.
Affirm and compliment someone today. Good work can never be expected from a teacher, student, or administrator without encouragement. Affirmation is oxygen for the soul.

If a formal observation is the first time you are in a teachers classroom, then put the evaluation form away. Sit, listen, and then leave a note of thanks, praise or encouragement. Relationships first!
