@IslandTrojan@ELLcool_J Also, that leads to a company/ business/ bureaucracy lacking in accountability. If everyone is a yes man because everyone agrees with your agenda even if it is wrong/ unethical/ unproductive etc and nobody is a no man, who is going to say “hey maybe we shouldn’t follow this plan”
@IslandTrojan@ELLcool_J Yes this is one case. But surely he has had to hire dozens of people in his 20+ years as a leader, and if he’s applied this principle to his hiring process throughout the years, it still works out to be wrong.
@steff_ahknee Imagine having to go through American immigration at Miami MISERABLE airport just to leave the next morning and go back to the Caribbean lol.
@IslandTrojan@ELLcool_J I don’t think you should default to partisanship as the next step in the hiring process if there are 2 qualified people. If there’s a pool of 20 qualified people (10 red and 10 blue) and 10 spots available, then all 10 spots go to the 10 red applicants? Weird.
I’m such a big Jada Kingdom fan but I don’t know any of her song names because I always just put her name in Apple Music and enjoy the vibes… and I probably couldn’t identify her in a crown but I follow her on Instagram but I don’t use it often but I’m a big fan I promise ugh
@rainn_fall Babes I take 2 years to read Jane Eyre. I finish a couple weeks ago and the first thing i said when I was done was “boy look a damnass book”
It was so well written but Jane piss me off boy. Anyway I have like 10 lined up to read…. So about 20 years to go lmao
I’d probably get a seizure if we found out there was a way to prove we don’t all see colors the same or smell the same smells. How do I know you don’t see blue as green and red as grey? 🥲
Why am I in my 4th year of university, TA, tutor, and SI chemistry (essentially teach at this point), currently doing 2nd semester biochemistry, done a handful of biology courses, and a bunch of extra shit and I still don’t feel « smart » … but I am… but I never feel like it.
