And what ecosystem? VTubing is not one big community. It is a genre of content creation. The communities are the ones each VTuber builds through their content, connections, fans, collabs, and the people who choose to support them.

You are comparing AI-assisted VTubers to refugees flooding a country like that is a normal thing to say over avatars and content creation. This is VTubing. Not border policy.

And you keep acting like every person using AI is refusing to work with artists, editors, riggers, producers, merch makers, and small creators. That is not reality. Some people already commission. Some use assets. Some draw their own concepts. Some are saving up. Some are broke. Some are disabled. Some are just trying to start somewhere without being told they are not allowed in and before they drop money into it.
